MiniTool Partition Wizard

MiniTool Partition Wizard is a disk partition manager for Windows that lets you create, resize, merge, split, and format partitions on hard drives and SSDs without losing data. It supports NTFS, FAT32, exFAT, and EXT file systems and works with internal drives, external USB drives, and SD cards.

What it does

The main interface shows a visual map of every disk and partition in your system. To resize a partition, you right click it and drag a slider to shrink or expand it, then click Apply. All operations are queued first and executed together, so you can review changes before committing. This queued approach prevents mistakes because nothing happens to your disk until you confirm.

Beyond basic partitioning, the program handles disk cloning and OS migration. The Copy Disk wizard duplicates an entire drive to a new one, useful when upgrading from an HDD to an SSD. The Migrate OS wizard copies only the system partition, letting you move Windows without reinstalling. It also converts disks between MBR and GPT formats without deleting existing partitions, and converts FAT32 partitions to NTFS while keeping all files intact.
