IP Camera Viewer
IP Camera Viewer is a free application by DeskShare for monitoring IP security cameras and USB webcams from a single Windows interface. It displays live feeds from multiple cameras in a grid layout, supporting over 2,000 camera models from manufacturers like Axis, Hikvision, Dahua, and Foscam.
What it does
The program connects to IP cameras on your network via RTSP, HTTP, or ONVIF protocols and displays their live video feeds. You can monitor up to four cameras simultaneously in the free version. Pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) controls operate motorized cameras directly from the software. Digital zoom lets you enlarge sections of the image.
Camera streams can be resized and arranged in custom layouts. Motion detection overlay highlights movement in the frame. The program saves snapshots as images but does not record continuous video in the free version.
